As soon as you decide that an attorney from the law firm of Thomas J. Parkes Jr. P.C. is the only choice for your representation, you will be contacted by your own Concierge. Your Concierge will ensure that your real estate agent, your mortgage broker, your insurance agent and most importantly YOU, are constantly informed of the progress. You will be able to contact your Concierge via email or phone any time of the day. Your Concierge will be there for you at all times, to answer any questions you may have. We understand that most Home Buyers are new to the process and have lots of very important questions. As part of the service we will also provide you and all other parties involved in your purchase, with a login to your own website where you will be able to check the status of the purchase and view all documents of the purchase at any time and from anywhere. As each step of the process is completed, your concierge will email all parties to inform them that we are one step closer to the closing day. Upon completion of all necessary parts of the transaction, your concierge will coordinate the schedules of all parties to ensure that everyone involved is available and schedule the closing of your purchase.
